Mpho has worked on projects and reports on sub-Saharan Africa that provide recommendations to operators, vendors, industry players, government and policy makers regarding market trends and development, market sizing and forecasting, pricing analysis, policy analysis, competitor analysis, opportunity assessment and industry best practice.
Mpho is a well recognised ICT industry expert with a primary focus on Sub-Saharan Africa markets. Her areas of specialisation include telecoms markets; cloud computing in the South African public sector; operator growth strategies; mobile money; OTT services; opportunity assessments; regulation, policy and pricing analysis. She graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Master in Social Science specialisation in International Relations.
