We undertake rigorous multidisciplinary, empirical and theoretical research that informs policymaking on the African continent and in global governance forums. With our team of experts, we work to develop an evidence base on the implications of digital developments – from digital access to AI and data justice – giving voice to African perspectives and realities.

Capacity building

We assist governments and multinational bodies in designing and implementing digital policy. Multistakeholder engagement
