Dr Esubalew Alemneh, with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Université Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, France (2019), has over 17 years of experience in teaching, research, software development, and leadership. Currently he is Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Computing and Director of the ICT4D Research Center of Bahir Dar Institute of Technology, Bahir Dar University, Ethiopia. In software development projects he contributed to projects like urban land lease management systems, market information systems and ERP systems. A prolific researcher, he has published widely and reviewed for esteemed platforms such as IEEE Access and ICT4DA. He served as Ethiopia’s country partner in After Access Survey 2022.
