Research ICT Africa is a consortium partner in charge of ICT indicators and regulatory aspects related to ICT policy and regulation harmonisation in support of the African Union/European Commission.
The three broad objectives of this project are to:
- harmonise policy and regulation on spectrum at the continent level;
- improve internet governance presence in Africa as well as increase representation; and
- training and capacity building.
