Capacity building is central to RIA’s mission to foster sustainable digital governance across Africa. We work to strengthen the research and policy-making capabilities of institutions, governments and civil society. RIA delivers training, education and technical assistance, equipping stakeholders with the tools to navigate the complexities of digital governance, policy and regulation. The programme also supports the next generation of African digital policy scholars and practitioners, facilitating the development of local expertise that can address the unique challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in Africa.
