Mlamli Booi is a Professional Electrical Engineer registered with Engineering Council Of South Africa (ECSA) and a Chartered Director certified by the Institute of Directors.He is currently the CEO of SENTECH SOC Ltd, a State owned ICT infrastructure company.
Mlami has been working in the ICT sector in various positions since 1986, nothing up more than thirty years’ experience in the ICT sector at different levels in areas such as business leadership, engineering, policy, regulatory, strategy and management.
He holds an MSc degree in Engineering from UCT in 1989 and a postgraduate diploma in project management. He also holds a Diploma in Company Direction from GIMT (2006). He also has a certificate in Corporate Innovation from Stanford Graduate School of business (2019).
Mlami is a Member of IEEE and IoD South Africa.
