A few important ground rules:
1) Use the selection criteria provided on pages 49-52 of the 2014 Global Go To Index Report as a tool to evaluate and rank each think tank;
2) You are not permitted to rank your own institution;
3) Adhere to professional conduct by revealing and avoiding any potential conflicts of interest;
4) Avoid political, ideological and discipline bias when ranking institutions.
The results of the 2015 Global Go To Index Survey will be released in Washington, New York and 80 cities around the world on January 27th and 28th 2016. This year’s theme is “Why Think Tanks Matter to Policy Makers and the Public”.
