The second CPRafrica will take place on 15 – 19 April 2011 in association with the University of Nairobi, Kenya.
Communication Policy Research Africa (CPRafrica) intends to encourage intellectual endeavour and research in the area of ICT policy and regulation in Africa through the creation of a forum in which African academics and researchers can engage on and profile their research and contribute to global debates from an African perspective. The overall objective is to nurture policy intellectuals capable of informed and effective intervention in ICT policy and regulatory processes in specific country contexts.
